On Tuesday, this coming week, I will hit my 4 week mark on the Cinch program. Today, I discovered I am 13.6 pounds down from my starting point. On Tuesday, I will take my first set of new measurements since I started. This has been a good week, little hunger, ate out a few times, stayed within the caloric intake each day with little effort. What this week taught me is that I can live a NORMAL life on this program and still lose weight. How cool is that?
My friend who has been Cinching since August, religiously uses the Cinch Coach CD. I admire all of its features, but my life was been very busy and I have not taken the time to master it. This weekend I spent the time to watch the tutorials and am very impressed with all it does. I learned it does a full 2 week menu, complete with a shopping list. I learned how to modify it to suit my needs and tastes. I used the "balancing" feature to help determine my evening snack to keep the 30/40/30 ratio of proteins/carbs/fats.
I have not been hungry enough to eat the full calories each day. The plan has me at 2350 calories a day. I am usually done at 2000. Now I realize that number will go down as I get smaller, but how fun is it to be on a weight reduction program and eat 2000+ calories a day? I have never heard of any that do it that way.
I helped put on a Cinch dinner party Friday night. We served all 3 flavors of the Cinch shakes, gave each guest a taste of the cinch bars, and then ate the salsa chicken from the Cinch recipe file, along with green beans. Everyone was so full. We had 2 ladies decide to Cinch with Us, and they went home to start their program this weekend. It is fun to Cinch with friends.
