Day 10 - WOW, Just WOW

Today, as I got prepared for my day, I stepped on my scales and another 3.2 pounds of fat melted away. So here I am, day 10, down 9.2 pounds total. Last night, I wanted something crunchy and had just plain cheerios for my snack. It was pretty good.

What I like about Cinch is that I can lead a NORMAL kind of life, still cinch, and shed the fat. My morale is high and I just know that this time, in the long run, I will be at a more normal weight. For the first time in a long time, I now look forward to growing old. Before, I didn't honestly think I would live much past my mid sixties, even if I hit that mark. My very large aunt died when she was only 60. I am probably not quite as big as she was, but big enough to think that longevity was not my destiny. I have adjusted that attitude because I now know that my body CAN be more normal sized. I am having one of those "ah ha" times these past few weeks. This feels good.

I have a special event to attend this weekend out of town. I am not even daunted about handling a fat loss program while traveling. With cinch, it will be easy. I am taking my tupperware shakers (remember from my first post, they don't leak!!), my cinch envelope packets, my cinch bars and my cinch teas. I already have my cinch 3 in 1 tablets measured out for my days, so that is simple. The only thing I have to do today as I run some errands is get some more bottled water. I like the 24 ounce sport bottles. I am right now putting the tea pouch in a cup of water that is a 30 ounce cup. Sometimes it is half full, sometimes it is full. I like the taste either way. So I will have my water with me, my teas. This so works. I am also going to save so much money. It is very expensive to get meals in restaurants in the Chicago area, so I figure I am saving at least $80 for the weekend by my 2 meal replacements each day. This savings alone pays for a good portion of my first 2 weeks of my Cinch program.

Well I have to go, tons to do today. Let's see, haircut, post office, water bottles, check. Probably I won't post again until I get back, BUT I hear a rumor that we just might have a mocha flavor coming out. That might be announced tomorrow. Once it is, I will post it here, so you will be the first to know.
